A.J is a visionary finance and operations executive with over 25 years of experience scaling organizations to drive efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. A champion of customer-first leadership, he understands that exceptional business performance begins with a deep commitment to the people—both inside and outside the company.
A.J fosters a culture where every team member is empowered to innovate, collaborate, and strive for excellence, ensuring that financial and operational strategies are always aligned with enhancing the customer experience.
With a keen ability to streamline operations, optimize profitability, and forge strategic partnerships, A.J balances financial acumen with a deep understanding of what drives customer satisfaction.
He lives in Virginia with his wife, 3 children and 2 rescue dogs and in his spare time enjoys playing golf.
Greg Gallello
President
With decades of experience in the electrical industry, Greg has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and innovation. As a master electrician, he has dedicated his career to not only mastering the craft but also shaping the future of electrical services through the development of a highly respected company.
Passionate about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, Greg has led the company with a vision of delivering reliable, efficient, and safe electrical solutions. Under his leadership, the business has thrived by staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining the highest standards of service.
He lives in Fredericksburg with his wife Cheryl. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickle ball and driving American muscle cars.
Alberto Medina
Vice President
With over 30 years in the private construction sector, Alberto Medina is a seasoned executive leader known for driving success through strategic planning, transparent communication, and strong partnerships. Providing vision and direction to clients, architects, and field teams, Alberto ensures seamless project execution.
Expert in managing high-profile private and government projects, Alberto excels in integrating electrical, mechanical, plumbing, security, and life safety systems into construction processes. A results-driven leader, Medina embraces change and innovation to elevate industry standards.
He resides in Falls Church with his wife, Danezza Quintero. In his spare time, he is an artist who enjoys discovering new talent and working on design and building projects.
Jeff Rice
Director of Operations, Service Division
Jeff Rice is a highly respected master electrician and operations leader with extensive experience delivering safe, efficient, and customer‑focused electrical solutions. As Director of Operations for the service division, he ensures that every client receives responsive, high‑quality support backed by deep technical expertise and hands‑on leadership.
Jeff leads with a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. Under his direction, the service division has become a trusted partner for commercial customers, known for its reliability, responsiveness, and ability to navigate complex electrical challenges with confidence.
He is dedicated to building a team culture rooted in respect, communication, and continuous learning. Jeff mentors technicians, champions ongoing training, and sets clear expectations that elevate performance and reinforce the company's standard of service excellence.
Jeff lives in Maryland and enjoys spending time with his family, as well as boating and fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.
Gaynor Jablonski
Director, GT Fire and Security
Gaynor Jablonski is an experienced low‑voltage and operations leader with a strong background in commercial security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets. Coming from a family that has operated a low‑voltage business for more than 50 years, he brings deep technical knowledge and a lifelong connection to the industry.
Gaynor leads with a focus on building strong teams, strengthening customer relationships, and integrating fire, life‑safety, and security services into a cohesive, customer‑first offering. His experience as a business owner and operator, combined with his legal background, supports GT's commitment to compliance, contracts, and risk management.
With a strategic mindset and a passion for operational excellence, Gaynor is guiding the growth of GT Fire and Security while aligning the division with GT Electric's established capabilities. He also plays a key role in integrating services with LampPost to create a seamless experience for both commercial and residential customers.
Rob Smith
Service Manager
Rob Smith is a seasoned service leader and master electrician with deep hands‑on experience guiding teams, elevating operations, and ensuring every customer receives reliable, high‑quality electrical solutions. With a strong command of the trade and a commitment to excellence, he brings a steady, customer‑focused approach to managing the company's daily service operations, including the residential service division—LampPost Electric.
Rob fosters a culture where technicians feel supported, accountable, and empowered to deliver their best work. He is dedicated to developing strong teams, mentoring emerging talent, and creating an environment grounded in professionalism, communication, and continuous improvement.
With a focus on operational efficiency and long‑term growth, Rob strengthens the service division through smart processes, consistent training, and a commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience. His ability to solve complex challenges while maintaining high standards reinforces the company's reputation for quality and dependability.
He lives in Virginia and enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and on the water, and taking on new personal and professional challenges.
